The Netherlands
Orders within the Netherlands are typically delivered within 2–3 business days, depending on the selected carrier. Deliveries take place Monday through Saturday, with PostNL letterbox deliveries arriving between Tuesday and Saturday.
Europe
For orders within Europe, delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Most shipments arrive within 3–5 business days.
Worldwide
For international orders outside of Europe, delivery times depend on the destination and local customs processing. Most orders are delivered within 3–9 business days.
Not completely in love with your fragrance? No worries—we’re here to help.
You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and you can choose the carrier that works best for you.
Once we’ve received and approved your return, we’ll process your refund for the returned items. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
